The petitioners/A1 to A3 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294b, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.398 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners belongs to Schedule Caste community and de-facto complainant and other members belong to Back ward Caste community. There was death funeral rituals in Back ward Caste community, the said death was taken from near to the street of petitioner's residing area, where at such scene of occurrence the de-facto complainant picked up quarrel misusing the petitioner's caste name at such circumstances where they attacked each other. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there was a wordy quarrel between them and the accused attacked the de-facto complainant by using wooden log and he sustained injury. There is a counter case is pending. However, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi 5.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.
6.Taking into the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature and gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
