The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that against the order passed in W.P.No.23804 of 2022 dated 05.02.2024, Writ Appeal has been filed before this Court.

2. In view of the above submission, parallel proceedings cannot be done and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
