(R2 IMPLEADED AS PARTY 2ND RESPONDENT VIDE COURT ORDER DT.19.11.18 MADE IN AS.145/17 (NKKJ & AQJ ) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of the INTERIM STAY of operation of the Judgment and Decree in O.S.12217 of 2010 on the file of the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated 16.10.2015 in (CMP No.6544 of 2017 IN AS.145/2017).and;

(ii) to Vacate the order of interim stay granted in CMP.No.6544 of 2017 in AS.No.145 of 2017 on 26.04.2017 (in CMP.15083/2017) in AS.No.145/2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.STALIN MURUGESAN Advocate for the PETITIONER IN CMP.6544/17 AND RESPONDENT IN CMP.15083/17 IN AS.145/17 and of MR.V.G.SURESH KUMAR Advocate for the 1st respondent in CMP.No.6544/17 Petitioner in CMP.No.15083/17 and MR.R.GOPINATH Advocate for the 2nd respondent in CMP.No.6544/17 the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C O M M O N O R D E R In CMP No.6544 of 2017, on 26.04.2017, an order of interim stay was granted till 12.06.2017. Subsequently, by orders dated 12.06.2017 & 13.09.2017, the said interim order was extended till 27.06.2017 & 11.10.2017 respectively. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition stands ordered accordingly.

2. In view of the order passed in CMP No.6544 of 2017, CMP No.15083 of 2017 filed to vacate the interim order already granted is closed.
