ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order dated 03.10.2024 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, by its order dated 03.10.2024 issued a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the aggrieved persons if any within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the directions issued has been complied. He has also produced the copy of the order dated 18.09.2025 passed in compliance with the directions issued by the writ Court.
