ORDER

To quash the case in Crime No.280 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Padalam Police Station, Chengalpattu, the criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.311 of 2023 on 25.07.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
