A status report had been filed indicating that a total sum of Rs.55,92,634/- had been paid to the petitoiner herein giving the details including the cheque numbers and the dates on which the balance amount had been paid. It is further stated that a sum of Rs.46,010/- alone is yet to be paid and payment for the same would be processed in due course.

2. Recording the status report filed, this Sub Application stands closed granting time till 30.06.2026 to effect payment in entirety for a sum of Rs.46,010/-/ to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the salary of the petitioner has to be paid.
