This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking non traceable certificate, based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.02.2024 and 20.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint is under investigation following the circular issued by the Director General of Police dated 01.04.2022 vide RC.No.2029209/General.1(1)2022. The matter been investigated and appropriate order will be passed.

3. Recording the above undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed directing the respondent police to scrupulously followed the circular of the Director General of Police dated 01.04.2022 and complete the investigation within a reasonable time and file final report. 05.09.2024 Vv 2/4
