The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to sanction the Education loan for the petitioner's son under the Central Government's Vidya Lakshmi Common Educational Loan scheme in light of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 08.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
