This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records relating to the FIR proceedings in X Crime No.492 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.492 of 2014, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been filed before the concerned Court being taken on file in C.C. No.1439 of 2021. Further, the matter has been posted for next hearing on 12.09.2021.

3. Since charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.492 of 2014, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
