2.When the writ petitions were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the petitioners have joined the MBBS Course and have appeared for the yearly examination.
3.In view of the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in these matters. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
