This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the summons dated 04.10.2016 issued in E.P.No.278 of 2012 in A.R.No.72 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
