Nos.21353, 21365 and 21397 of 2023 in AS No.454 of 2018 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 459 days in filing the application seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and to bring on records legal heirs of the deceased first respondent respectively.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
