This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the impugned fair and decretal order dated 09.06.2022 passed by the II Additional Family Court, Chennai in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.P.No.4417 of 2018. Page No. 1 of 4

2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent along with their respective parties also present.

3. Both the petitioner and the respondent have entered into a compromise and a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.01.2023 was filed before this Court on 19.01.2023. By an order dated 19.01.2023, the parties were directed to comply with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.01.2023.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 19.01.2023 and in compliance with the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.01.2023, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the respondent by way of a Demand Draft dated 22.02.2023 issued by the Indian Bank, Service Branch. Today, to that effect, a Memo dated 27.02.2023 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court.

5. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The parties are directed to comply with the rest of the terms and conditions Page No. 2 of 4

stipulated in the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.01.2023, if any. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.01.2023 and the Memo dated 27.02.2023 are forming part of this order. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
