ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.10 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after investigation, Crime No.10 of 2019 has been closed as "Further Action Dropped" and RCS notice in RCS.No.1 of 2021 has also been served to the second respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 23.01.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order kmi 2/4
