This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he/she shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10:30 a.m. until completion of trail regularly apart from Court hearing in Crl.O.P.No.16154 of 2024 by order dated 09.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
