The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to permit the petitioner to file the above said appeal against the order made in S.T.C.No.1784 of 2021 on the file of Fast Track-II, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, dated 20.02.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
