The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for the period of eight weeks in Crl.O.P.No.18597 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
