Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition ie (d) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.18999/2021 dated 18/10/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRATHAP, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18999 of 2021 on 08.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 22/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
