When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a Joint Memorandum of Compromise had been filed by the parties jointly indicating that the parties have settled the dispute among themselves and the same has been acknowledged by both the parties.

3. In view of the understanding that had been arrived at between the parties on the terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise, the suit is disposed of on the terms of same.
