This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 07.11.2024 dismissed the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions. However, he would submit that in the said order, the number of connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions filed in the connected Criminal Original Petitions were not mentioned. Hence, he prayed to add the same in the order and accordingly, the matter has been listed today.

3. Considering the above submissions, Registry is directed to add the number of petitions viz., "Crl.M.P.Nos. 11941, 12284, 12684, 11945, 12285, 12682 and 12683 of 2024" in the order. 1/3

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.12584, 11935, 12836, 12838 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.12697, 12867 & 14475 of 2024Cr.O.P.No.12697 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks to comply with the conditions from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 11.12.2024 rpp N.B. : Issue order copy on 16.12.2024 2/3
