This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the Principal Secretary to Government, Transport of Department, Government of Karnataka, Karnataka Government Secretariat, M.S.Building, Bangalore - 560 001 and the The State Transport Authority, Karnataka, Bangalore as party respondents 3 and 4 in the above said writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no serious objections to substitute the proposed respondents in the main petitions.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
