This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.1315 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.1315 of 2014, investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet will be filed shortly.

In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to file the charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
