Today, these matters were listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in the cause-title and to address, wherein, the name of the school of the fifth respondent is typed wrongly as St.domnic's Girls Higher Secondary School instead of St.Raphael's Girls Higher Secondary School.

2. In view of the above, the fifth respondent is to be typed as below:

"5. The Correspondent, St.Raphael's Girls Higher Secondary School, No.2, Rosary Church Road Santhome, Chennai - 600 004"

3.The Registry is directed to make such corrections in the cause-title, to address and issue fresh copies. Except the above corrections, the above Order remains intact.
