C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions C.R.P.Nos.3306 and 3311 of 2022 are filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P.Nos.92 and 90 of 2021 respectively within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in these revision petitions, this Court is inclined to dispose of these revision petitions, even without issuing notice to the respondents.

3. The revision petitioner filed petitions in R.L.T.O.P.Nos.92 and 90 of 2021 respectively, seeking repossession of the demised property, against these respondents. A perusal of the docket entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest that the notice in the original petition is not yet been served on the respondent.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the Court below for early disposal of the original petition as of now. The petitioner is granted liberty to renew the revision as and when notice is served on the respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
