Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 10.01.2017 has been fully complied with and the interest amount of Rs.74,745/- was paid to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that her client has received the the said amount from the respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
