(CRIME NO.2/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in relating to the case registered by the respondent herein in Crime No.2 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.17386 of 2021 dated 21.09.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.P.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17386 of 2021 on 21.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for weekly twice i.e., every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. Finally three weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
