For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.M.Venkadesh Kumar C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions C.R.P.Nos.3310, 3312, 3318 and 3319 of 2022 are filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P.Nos.89, 91, 93 and 87 of 2021 respectively within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in these revision petitions, this Court is inclined to dispose of these revision petitions, even without issuing notice to the respondents.

3. The revision petitioner filed a petition in R.L.T.O.P.Nos.89, 91, 93 and 87 of 2021 respectively, seeking repossession of the demised property, against these respondents. A perusal of the docket entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggests that the notice in the main Original Page 2/5

Petition was served on the respondents as early as November 2021 and thereafter, these matters have been adjourned from time to time for filing counter by the respondent.

4. In view of the fact that there is no substantial progress in the matter from November 2021 onwards, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.Nos.89, 91, 93 and 87 of 2021 respectively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
