The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 33 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 17.03.2023 made in S.T.C.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Gobichettipalayam.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
