(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner that an endeavour is being made to transfer grazing land without specifying alternative grazing land, as contained in the representation dated 15.07.2016, requires to be dealt with and the representation be disposed of in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of two (2) months of the date of receipt of this order.
