ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on his complaint dated 15.03.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 15.03.2016, but the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and since a suit for partition in O.S.No.806 of 2012 is pending, it was closed on 23.03.2016 by directing the parties to go before the civil forum. He would further submit that closure report was also furnished to the petitioner.
4.Hence, recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
