ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 4th respondents to permit the petitioner and his parties to conduct the Mariyamman and Muniyappan Temple Festival at Malaiur Village, Pikeli Post, Penagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District in the Tamil month of Aadi this year 2023 for a period of 9 days as per the village customs.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ
Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
