These civil miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 123 days in filing above appeals before this court against the common award and decree dated 20.01.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.Nos.70, 1423, 123 & 129 of 2021 on the file of the Special District Judge, MCOP Tribunal at Salem.

2. Heard M/s.G.Sukumari, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.D.Baskaran, who takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3. Though name of the respondents 2 and 3 has been printed in the cause list, they have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeals, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
