The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of domestic violence case in D.V.C.No.26 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Pondicherry. 1/4

2. It is seen from the remarks submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Puducherry, the petitioner herein instituted a complaint against the respondents and the 1st respondent filed his counter and the matter is posted for petitioner's side enquiry. It is further submitted by the learned Magistrate in view of preliminary stage of enquiry, three months are required for disposal of the domestic violence case.

3. Taking into consideration, the stage of the case and the remarks submitted by the learned Magistrate, the Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Puducerry is directed to dispose of domestic violence case in D.V.C.No.26 of 2025, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
