The above Writ Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No. 915/ 2024 / A2 dated 30.07.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant patta in the name of petitioner for the lands comprised in Old Survey no 21/3 New Survey No 21/3B3 based on the sale deed dated 23.12.2019 in Document Nos. 11339 / 2019 and 11340 / 2019 registered at SRO, Pallavaram admeasuring 72 cents within stipulated period.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the RDO challenging the order of the Tahsildar and it is stated that the enquiry is underway and the petitioner had been called for an enquiry on 30.10.2024, where he has participated, the Writ Petition is dismissed with a direction to the RDO, the 3rd respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from today. No costs.
