O.P.No. 316 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioners seek succession certificate to be issued with respect to the securities which stood in the name of their mother AL. Meenakshi, who died intestate on 30.06.2016.

2. The father of the petitioner had died earlier. It is claimed that these petitioners are the only legal heirs of the mother.

3. After completing due procedure, the petitioners were directed to tender evidence and accordingly, the second petitioner A.Palaniappan, ws examined himself as PW-1 and he marked the death certificate of his mother and legal heirship certificate of mother as Exs.P-1 and P-2. He marked Exs. P-4, P-5 and P-6 as documents relating to the shares which stood in the name of his mother.

4. In view of these facts, this Petition stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to issue succession certificate to the second petitioner in accordance with the Rules.
