The very same representation, that is being made today that an application seeking for transfer of the proceedings from the file of the Trademark Registry, has been filed, was made in the earlier hearing. 2.Registry has submitted a report stating that such an application has not been filed.

3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to verify the same. 4.Registry is directed to number the said application as and when it is filed if the same is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing on 11.12.2023. 5.In view of the order dated 07.02.2022 passed by this Court under which a modification sought for in A.No.53 of 2022 has been partly allowed, nothing survives for further adjudication in A.No.53 of 2022. Since no further order is required to be passed in the said application, A.No.53 of 2022 is closed. Post the matter on 11.12.2023.
