ORDER
The petitioners in the Review Application has come out with the present Review Application to review the order dated 27.12.2002, made in C.R.P.(PD)No.1312 of 2002 on the file of this Court, on the ground that the portion allotted to the respondent landlord is a very small extent and it is of no use to her.
2. This Court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition on the ground that the Trial Court has determined the extent of land which review applicant requires for their use. This Court rejected the contention of the review applicant that even though the small portion of the land was permitted to retain by the respondent landlord, she cannot be forced to sell that portion to the review applicant.
3. A reading of the order sought to be reviewed reveals that there is no error apparent in the order. Under these circumstances, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Index: Yes/No 19.09.2017
