ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the SubOrdinate Court at Ambattur to dispose of the AS. No. 150 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.J. Saravana Vel, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on records.

3. The petitioner is the respondent in A.S.No.150 of 2023 having succeeded before the Trial Court and the counter claim of the revision petitioner was also allowed. The 1 st appeal has been pending from the year 2023 onwards.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to my notice that the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court are situated in the same building, but however, the appeal is being adjourned for the purpose "Awaiting for the Records" for almost two years.

5. In view of the above, I am inclined to entertain the Revision Petition and the Sub-Ordinate Court, Ambattur is directed to dispose of A.S.No.150 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
