O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for contempt and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.02.2022 passed in W.P.No.2949 of 2022.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.I.JOHN Arockiadas, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.2949 of 2022 dated 16.02.2022, the applications submitted by the petitioner dated 30.12.2021 and 06.01.2022 are considered by the 1st respondent and an order was passed cancelling the license. He also produced the copy of the order dated 14.11.2022 in the typed-set of papers filed by the 1st respondent on 10.01.2023.

3. In view of the fact that the directions given in the writ petition is 2/4

already complied with by considering the applications of the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are required in the contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed.
