This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8732 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11500 of 2022 on 05.07.2022 to report before the trial Court once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court for 2 weeks and now the matter stands post for cross examination of PW1 on 15.11.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall cooperate for speedy disposal of the trial.
