ORDER

Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on his complaint dated 06.12.2015. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. It is apparent to note that the complaint has been lodged by the petitioner as early as on 06.12.2015 and it has been assigned C.S.R.No.847 of 2015 on 06.12.2015 by the respondent police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is under progress.

4.Keeping in view of the nature of the complaint, this Court finds that it is better to issue a direction as sought for by the petitioner to register a case forthwith provided any prima facie case is made out.

5.Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.12.2015, provided any prima face case is made out and take up the investigation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
