O R D E R

By order dated 25.11.2015, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, imposed a condition to the petitioner in CMP. No. 3864 of 2015 in Crime No. 520 of 2015 and directed him to comply the same within a period of 15 days. The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, since the petitioner could not mobilise the funds owing to his poverty.

2. In the interest of justice, time granted to comply the condition in CMP. No. 3864 of 2015 in Crime No. 520 of 2015 dated 25.11.2015, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, is extended by two weeks from today.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
