2. Mr.D.Bhaskar is directed to take notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

2.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 134 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.D.Bhaskar when the matter is listed for admission.
