ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 15.12.2015 and investigate the same immediately and to file final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 15.12.2015 and though it was assigned C.S.R.No.532 of 2015, the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.532 of 2015 was assigned and both the parties were called for enquiry and on that day itself both agreed to go before the civil forum to work out their remedy and hence, it was closed.

4.On a perusal of the records also shows that the petitioner and the counter petitioner has made a statement agreeing to go before the civil forum on 30.12.2015.

5.Hence, recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
