This petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file criminal appeal against the order passed in C.C.No.3645 of 2018, on the file of the Fast Track Court-I, Allikulam at Egmore on 02.09.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that the complaint filed by the petitioner herein before the Fast Track Court-I, Allikulam, Egmore, has been dismissed under section 256 Cr.P.C., for non appearance of the petitioner/complainant, thereby, the accused was acquitted from the charges. Since the complaint preferred by the petitioner is not disposed of on merits, the same requires appraisal of facts and legal aspects.
