The first defendant in the suit passed away. The plaintiffs have now filed these set of applications to implead the proposed defendants 4 and 5 based on a deed of adoption circulated by the defendants' counsel. 2.Learned counsel for the plaintiffs / applicants makes a statement that he has taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant merely on the basis of the adoption deed but without admitting the alleged adoption. Learned counsel submitted that he wants to reserve his attack to the adoption deed at the appropriate stage of the Suit. 3.Mr.S.Sridhar, the learned counsel offers to enter appearance for the proposed defendants 4 and 5.

4.Heard both sides. These applications are allowed subject to what is herein above stated.
