This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the orders dated 29.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.1475 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
