O R D E R

Today i.e on 19.01.2018 when the matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "for withdrawal", a memo was filed by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner before this Court by signing both the parties and their respective counsel on record based on the settlement arrived at between the parties with the following the terms :

The parties herein have compromised the above matter and the respondent has today received a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakh fifty thousand only) by demand draft dated 11.01.2018 bearing No.001337 drawn in favour of N.Jayamurugan drawn on the Saraswat Co-operative Bank Ltd., Mangalore, as full and final settlement of all its claim in the above matter. The respondent states it shall not make any further claims against the petitioner in the above matter.

2. The parties herein mutually agree that the petitioner shall be entitled to withdraw the sum of Rs.49,097/- (Rupees forty nine thousand and ninety seven only) lying to the credit of C.C.No.11036 of 2003 on the file of III Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, after obtaining necessary orders from the Competent Court.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner/accused is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.49,097/- (Rupees forty nine thousand and ninety seven only) lying to the credit of C.C.No.11036 of 2003 on the file of III Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
