ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to promote the petitioner on par with his juniors by considering the pettioner representation dated 30.06.2023 with all attendant benefits. 1/4

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that on the crucial date on 01.10.2019, there was no punishment and the punishment of stoppage of increment for two years is already over. Therefore, he is entitled to be considered for the next promotion, however, the same has not been done. In this regard, he made a representation on 30.06.2023, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law taking into note of the crucial date of promotion within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
