ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.03 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319, 336, 338, 340, 318 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested in this case.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
